XTMeasure-HT 27
Vickers, Knoop and Brinell hardness measurement software. From indent pictures of micro Vickers/Knoop and Brinell testers it measures the diagonals (D1, D2) or the diameter and computes hardness (HV, HK, HBS/HBW), an OK/NG judgement and converted values (HRC, etc.). Both automatic detection, which finds the indent and fits the guide lines, and manual measurement, where you drag the guides, are supported, together with calibration, result tables, statistics, a histogram, annotations and Excel/PDF reports. Connect a tester over a serial port - Mitutoyo HM/HV/MVK series and others - and lens selection, indentation, turret rotation and lighting are controlled from the same screen. It measures from a live camera image (WDM cameras) or from image files, and runs on 64-bit Windows with a licence USB key (dongle), in Korean and English. Brinell hardness (HB) measurement software. It measures the indentation diameter on an image, computes hardness and judges pass/fail. Both automatic measurement, which finds the indentation by itself, and manual measurement, where you drag two diameter lines (D1, D2) over the image, are supported, together with conversion charts, result tables, statistics, a histogram and Excel reports. It measures from a live camera image (WDM cameras) or from image files, and runs on 64-bit Windows with a dedicated hardware key (dongle).
